Fishing Net Belt Book (grey green)

This belt book features recycled fish netting that functions as a pouch holding a green grey leather book. Unlike with other belt books, the book here is detachable from its pouch. A green grey leather band ties around the book to keep it shut. The hook which slips over your belt to carry your book is a recycled wrasse creel hook.

The book block is made from 170gsm acid free cartridge paper which is ideal for a variety of different media, such as charcoal, pencil and pen. The end papers are made of a beautifully textured Hahnemühle Ingree paper in black.

This book was part of an exhibition calles 'Hebridean Spaces' in London earlier in 2021.
